Our founder, Croce Giambanco, born in Carini, Sicily, and a migrant to the US in 1973, brought with him the rich traditions of Italian cooking. Starting from his early days in the restaurant business in Brooklyn, New York, to opening his first restaurant with his brother Eddie in Lynchburg, VA, Croce’s journey has been remarkable. In 1981, he brought his dream to Vero Beach, opening Nino’s Cafe on A1A. Since its relocation in 1995, Nino’s Cafe has been a beloved fixture in the community for nearly 30 years, renowned for its Simple, Fresh, and Creative Italian Cuisine.

Our menu is a testament to our commitment to quality and tradition. It features an array of exquisite salads, pizzas, and pasta dishes that highlight the richness of Italian flavors. Starting as a young apprentice under Croce’s mentorship at the age of 16, David has spent over 15 years learning the intricacies of the restaurant. His deep understanding of our philosophy and commitment to maintaining the high standards set by Croce make him the perfect person to carry forward the Nino’s Cafe legacy.
